These Terms are:MeetPin(hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") provides the terms of use of MeetPin (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Users use this service after agreeing to these terms.
1. This service
This service provides group invitations, location sharing, roll call, chat, calls, notifications, etc. to assist organizers and participants in meeting together at events, etc.
2. Account and participation information
Organizers are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining their credentials. Participants must use the invitation according to the purpose of the group and must not carelessly share the invitation URL or QR code with any third party.
3. Location information and safety
Delays or errors may occur in location information depending on the condition of the device, buildings, weather, communication environment, etc. The Service does not guarantee location accuracy, constant connectivity, rescue or emergency calls. If your life or health is at stake, please contact the appropriate authorities such as the police, fire department, facility manager, etc.
4. Communication function
Users must not transmit content that harms the rights or safety of others in chat, calls, profiles, etc. Changing your visibility settings doesn't automatically erase what you've sent or the information the other party has stored.
5. Prohibitions
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, discriminating, or deceiving others
- Acts of collecting and reproducing location information and personal information without consent
- Unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, and acts of imposing excessive load
- Misuse of invitations, credentials, and subscription status
- Acts of using this service for constant monitoring, emergency rescue, or illegal tracking
- Other acts that the operator reasonably deems inappropriate.
6. 通報・ブロック・コンテンツ管理
利用者は、不適切な相手をブロックし、個別のメッセージを理由と説明を添えて運営者へ通報できます。通報時には対象メッセージ、送信者、グループ、通報者および受付番号が記録されます。
運営者は、本規約、適用法令、他者の権利、安全への危険、文脈および被害の程度を考慮し、措置なし、コンテンツ削除、機能制限、アカウント停止・削除などの判断を行います。自動判定だけで最終的な削除判断は行いません。判断理由の確認または異議申立ては、受付番号を添えてサポート窓口へ連絡してください。再確認の結果、誤りが判明した場合は可能な範囲で是正します。
7. Organizer Plan
Organizer features are provided as an auto-renewing subscription. Price, period, free trial, tax and other conditions are displayed on the purchase screen. To cancel your subscription, please go to the store settings of your Apple ID, etc., and complete the procedure by the specified period of time before your next renewal date. Simply deleting your account will not cancel your subscription.
8. Intellectual property rights
Rights to programs, designs, names, etc. related to this service belong to the operator or legitimate rights holder. The rights to the content posted by users are reserved by the users, but the operator may handle it to the extent necessary for providing services, investigating violations, and providing support.
9. Suspension/Change/Termination
All or part of this service may be interrupted without notice due to maintenance, failures, disasters, suspension of external services, security measures, etc. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance to the extent possible.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Although the operator strives to provide stable service to a reasonable extent, it cannot completely prevent interruptions and errors caused by communications, positioning, devices, and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for special damages, indirect damages, or lost profits. Restrictions not permitted by the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory laws and regulations do not apply.
11. Withdrawal/Deletion
Users can exit or delete their accounts by following the prescribed steps. Necessary information may be retained for a certain period of time in the event of non-payment, investigation of unauthorized use, or legal retention obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
We will change these Terms as necessary. We will notify you of any important changes on the Service or this Site, and the revised terms will apply to use after the effective date.
13. Governing law/jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law. For disputes regarding this service, the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the location of the operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance to the extent permitted by law.
