What you need to know before using
Can I use it on a 5G network or on the go?
Yes. It can be used in an environment where you can connect to the Internet. In environments where communication and positioning are unstable, such as underground or in crowded areas, display may be delayed or location accuracy may decrease.
Do participants also need to register for an account?
Participants can participate without registering an account using the organizer's invitation QR code. Participation information will be used within the group.
Who can see my location information?
You can check the organizer of the group you are participating in. It will be used for the purposes shown on the app screen, such as roll call and merging support. Please check our privacy policy for more details.
Will my movement history be saved?
MeetPin is designed to update the latest location required for merging, and is not intended to create a history of travel routes.
How do I cancel my host plan?
Open your Apple ID subscription management from "Settings" on your iPhone and cancel your subscription. Simply deleting your app account will not cancel your subscription.
Can I use it to watch over my children and family?
MeetPin is a service that helps event participants meet up, and does not guarantee constant monitoring, rescue, or emergency calls.
